DualBoot LED patch cables have been specially developed for use in offices, industrial facilities and data centers. The rugged cable design ensures that electrical transmission parameters can only be affected by the use of physical force. The use of a special combination shield (PiMF + braided shield with 65% covering) and 360° shielded RJ45 plugs provides maximum data transmission reliability. The patented method for simple assignment of the plugs to each other significantly increases operating reliability, which makes accidentally pulling apart the patch cables virtually impossible. Both RJ45 housings are optically excited and light up following contact of a patch cable end with the detector. Service mapping may also be effected at a later point in time via the application of color coding. An RFID chip can also be added for automatic network detection.
